The P3S Grill Head arrives with every stainless steel option already checked off - three-piece multi-level cast stainless steel cooking grids, Smoker Shutter, flavor screen, control panel, Retract-A-Rack, and adjustable lid stop, just add a cart and shelves (or build it into your custom outdoor kitchen). The stainless steel bowtie burner delivers 40,000 Btu of uniform heat from corner to corner, side to side. Available in P3S (LP with Conversion Kit) or P3SN (Natural Gas).

• Dual 20,000 Btu Stainless Steel Burners disperse flames evenly for 40,000 Btu of cooking power.
• 695 Square inches of total cooking area and adjustable three-level cooking grids to allow for grilling, baking and warming at the same time.
• Available in Propane (Natural Conversion Kit included).
